Services included and on request
They cannot be left alone in the room and for them an extra 10,00 euro is required for cleaning the room with special products on their departures.
The most thorough cleaning and change of linen is done every 3 days. On request, the change can be done more often but an extra 15.00 euros is required.

In the all structure smoking is absolutely forbidden and it will be possible that you will be charged an extra night if at your check out we should realize that you have not respected the prohibition since the room cannot be rented the following night. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

In the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga the tourist tax must be paid. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at the time of check out and is 2,00 euros per person per night up to the 7th day. Minors up to the age of 14 are exempt. Payment is required throughout the year.
